1. COMPANY INFORMATION & SERVICE DISCLOSURE

Crit’Air Pass is an independent UK-based application assistance service that helps customers submit Crit’Air applications to the relevant French issuing authority.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by, or connected to the French government, the French Ministry of Ecological Transition, or any government authority.

Customers may also apply directly through the official French government service without using our service.

2. DEFINITIONS

“Crit’Air Pass” refers to our online application assistance and processing service.

“Certificate” refers to Crit’Air Stickers, Crit’Air Vignettes, Air Quality Certificates, or similar terms.

“We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Crit’Air Pass.“You”, “Applicant” refers to the individual placing the order.

“Website” refers tohttps://www.critairpass.co.uk.

“Issuing Authority” refers to Imprimerie Nationale, France.

3. NATURE OF SERVICE

Crit’Air Pass provides an independent application processing and submission service which includes:

  • Collecting and processing application data provided by you

  • Preparing and submitting applications to the Issuing Authority

  • Communicating updates relating to your application

  • Providing customer support

  • Sending confirmations and updates by email where applicable

  • Our service includes an administration and processing fee.

We do not guarantee approval of any application, as all decisions are made solely by the Issuing Authority.

4. PRICING & FEES

The total price may include:

  1. The official French government fee paid on your behalf

  2. Our service fee for administration, processing, and support

  3. Applicable VAT where required

Prices are displayed prior to checkout.

Due to exchange rate fluctuations, government-related charges may vary slightly in GBP value.

5. PAYMENT

  • Full payment is required at the time of order

  • Payments are processed securely online

  • Order confirmation will be sent to your email address once payment has been successfully completed

6. APPLICATION ACCURACY & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • All information provided is accurate and matches your vehicle registration document

  • Your delivery and contact details are correct

  • You are authorised to submit the application

We may request additional information if required to process your application.

Failure to provide requested information within the requested timeframe may result in cancellation of your application without refund.

We are not responsible for delays, failed applications, or incorrect Certificates resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

7. PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Applications are processed by the Issuing Authority once submitted.

Estimated timelines may vary depending on processing times and postal services.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Government processing times

  • Postal services

  • Incorrect customer information

  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control

Certificates are issued and delivered by the Issuing Authority.

8. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the nature of the service provided:

  • Refunds are not available once processing or submission has begun

  • Refunds are not available for delays outside our control

  • Refunds are not available where incorrect information was provided by the customer

Cancellation requests made before processing begins may be considered at our discretion.

9. NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The service begins immediately upon submission

  • You waive any applicable cooling-off or cancellation rights once processing has started

10. CORRECTIONS & ERRORS

You must carefully check all information before submitting your application.

Corrections may not be possible once processing has begun.

11. LOST, DAMAGED OR REPLACEMENT CERTIFICATES

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged Certificates.

Replacement Certificates are not issued by us.

If a replacement is required, a new application may need to be submitted.

12. LIABILITY LIMITATION

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not responsible for decisions made by the Issuing Authority

  • We are not liable for fines, penalties, delays, travel disruption, or restrictions

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total service fee paid by you.

13. DATA PROTECTION

We process personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws and UK GDPR requirements.

We may collect:

  • Name and contact information

  • Vehicle details

  • Address information

  • Uploaded vehicle registration documents

Your data is used solely for processing your application and providing our services.

Where necessary, your information will be shared with the Issuing Authority for application processing purposes.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, branding, graphics, text, and materials are owned by Crit’Air Pass unless otherwise stated.
